Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HP Assist: the website hpassist.online, the HP Assist Chrome extension and the HP Assist Android app (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What HP Assist is

HP Assist is an independent productivity tool for HP Gas LPG distributors. It automates logging in to HPCL distributor portals using credentials you provide and stores locally, and answers questions using an AI model. HP Assist is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). HP Gas, HPCL and portal names are the trademarks of their owners.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to access the HPCL portal accounts you use with the Service.
• One account is for one distributorship. Sharing an account or reselling access is not allowed.

3. Your portal accounts and responsibilities

• Your HPCL portal credentials stay on your computer. You remain fully responsible for them and for every action taken in the portals through the Service, exactly as if you had done it by hand.
• You are responsible for complying with HPCL's terms for the portals you use. If HPCL prohibits automated access to a portal, do not use one-click login for it.
• Answers from the AI assistant are for guidance only. Portal rules, menus and procedures change; always verify important actions on the portal itself. Do not rely on the assistant for legal, financial or regulatory decisions.

4. Plans, payment and refunds

• New accounts get a free trial period. After that, using one-click login, captcha reading and phone OTP requires an active plan. Plan prices and periods are shown in the panel and on the website.
• Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and do not auto-renew. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never hold your card details.
• If the Service does not work for you within the first 7 days of a paid plan, email us and we will refund that payment. Otherwise payments are non-refundable, and unused days are not refunded.
• Prices may change; changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to access accounts you are not authorised to use, to overload or attack HPCL's or our systems, to send abusive or unlawful content to the assistant, or to attempt to extract our software or AI prompts. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability and changes

HPCL portals change without notice, and one-click login for a portal may stop working until we update it. We work to restore it promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, add or remove features. We will give reasonable notice if we discontinue the Service, and refund any prepaid period that is cut short.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI answers, or that logins will always succeed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from actions taken in HPCL portals, missed deliveries, penalties, or reliance on assistant answers.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. It forms part of these terms.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Odisha, India.
