Delete your account

You can remove your HP Assist account and everything tied to it at any time.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email address, profile picture from Google sign-in).
• Usage history, sessions, paired phones and any forwarded OTP codes.
• Your plan and trial.

Payment records (order id, amount, date) are kept for 8 years as required for accounting, without your name attached to anything else.

How

1. Open the contact form, choose "Delete my account" and enter the Google address you signed in with. We may write back to that address to confirm it is really you.
2. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Only the phone app

To stop the phone app without deleting your account: open HP Assist and tap Unpair, then uninstall it. The panel's ⚙ → Phone card also lets you unpair any phone. Nothing further is collected from that phone.

Only the browser data

Your portal credentials live only in your browser. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes them.
